Are my credit card details safe?

We cut our profit to protect you from credit card fraud. Your online payments are handled by PayPal. It costs us more to use PayPal. But we think its worth it. PayPal is the global leader in online payment solutions with more than 164 million accounts worldwide. They offer the highest level of online security and fraud protection. When you click on the payment button you will be redirected to the PayPal site. PayPal take your details and charge your card. We never see your credit card info. Neither does anybody else.

Do you apply sales tax?

No. We do not apply additional Sales taxes unless you live within the European Community. In this case VAT is applied.

Do you charge VAT within the European Community?

Yes, if you are an EU customer. According to EU taxation laws we must apply VAT to your invoice if you are an EU customer. UK customers will be charged VAT at the standard rate of 17.5%. If you are registered for VAT, this will be reclaimed by your accountant and in the end you will pay nothing. Other EU member states will be charged 0% VAT and your accountant will deal with the issue according to your own country's tax laws. Please let us know if you need a full VAT invoice.
